The Xero Shoes + Zero Sweepstakes

The Sweepstakes begins at 9 a.m. PT on January 25, 2020, and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on January 26, 2020. The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Big Sky Health, Inc. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.

1. HOW TO ENTER:

To enter, participants must complete all of the steps set forth below during the Sweepstakes Period:

Step 1: Log into your Instagram account via a web-enabled mobile device or register for a free account. Follow @zerofasting on Instagram.
Step 2: Locate the post related to the Sweepstakes on the @zerofasting Instagram feed and like the Post.
Step 3: Leave a comment on the Post tagging at least one of your Instagram friends that meets the eligibility criteria.

To enter without completing the steps above, access a digital entry form by clicking the Online Entry Form and provide the required information.

Participation is voluntary and does not require any purchase. No illegible, incomplete, forged, or altered entries will be accepted.

2. PRIZE:

There will be one (1) Winner who will receive one pair of Xero Shoes (the ‘Prize’), with an approximate retail value of $89.99. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. There is no substitution, cash equivalent, or transfer allowed.

3. ELIGIBILITY:

Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years or older. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.

4. SELECTION OF WINNER:

On or about January 27, 2020, the Winner will be randomly selected and announced on the @zerofasting Instagram Story. The Winner must claim the Prize within three (3) business days or an alternate Winner may be selected.

5. CONDITIONS:

The Sponsor is not responsible for late or lost entries. The Sponsor reserves the right to suspend or cancel the Sweepstakes should any unauthorized human intervention corrupt or affect the proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. By participating, entrants release and hold harmless the Sponsor and other involved parties from all claims arising out of or related to the Sweepstakes.

6. ARBITRATION AGREEMENT:

Disputes or claims must be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court. Participants waive the right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

7. WINNERS LIST:

To obtain the Winner's name after the Sweepstakes End Date, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope marked ‘Xero Shoes + Zero Sweepstakes Winners List’ to the Sponsor.
