Heka Good Foods + Zero Sweepstakes

The Heka Good Foods + Zero Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at noon PT on January 17, 2020 (the “Sweepstakes Start Date”) and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on January 20, 2020 (the “Sweepstakes End Date”). The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Big Sky Health, Inc. (the “Sponsor”). This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram. You are providing your information to the Sponsor and not to Instagram.

1. HOW TO ENTER

To enter, participants must complete all of the steps set forth below during the Sweepstakes Period:

Step 1: Log into your Instagram account via a web-enabled mobile device. If you are not already a member of Instagram, download and install the free Instagram application on your web-enabled mobile device and register for a free Instagram account. Once logged in, follow @zerofasting on Instagram.
Step 2: Create a photo using the fast breaker feature in the Zero app.
Step 3: Share the fast breaker photo on your Instagram account (in feed or Story), tag @zerofasting, and use hashtag #fastbreaker.

To enter the Sweepstakes online without completing the steps above, access a digital entry form by clicking the Online Entry Form and provide the information requested (i.e., first and last name, email address). You must submit the completed digital entry form within the Sweepstakes Period.

Participation in the Sweepstakes is voluntary and does not require you to purchase anything from the Sponsor. No illegible, incomplete, forged or altered entries will be accepted. All entries must be received by the last day of the Sweepstakes Period. One entry per person. Tagging more than one Instagram friend in a comment will not constitute multiple entries. If you leave multiple comments on the Post, only your first post that satisfies the eligibility criteria will be deemed an eligible entry. Your entry, including all required actions taken on Instagram, must be made using the same username and account on a web-enabled mobile device. All entries are subject to these Official Rules.

2. PRIZE

There will be three (3) winners of the Sweepstakes who validly entered in accordance with these Official Rules (the “Winners”), and whom will receive one box of Heka nutrition bars (the “Prize”). The total approximate retail value of the Prize is $38.99. The odds of winning the Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Allow 3-4 weeks after validation of arrangement for receipt of Prize. There is no substitution, cash equivalent or transfer of Prizes allowed. Winner will be solely responsible for all other expenses not specifically set forth herein. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute Prizes of equal or greater value.

3. ELIGIBILITY

Sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico and all U.S. territories and possessions) (a “US Resident”) who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Entries are limited to individuals only; commercial enterprises and business entities are not eligible.

4. SELECTION OF WINNER

On or about January 21, 2020 (the “Selection Date”), the Sponsor will randomly select the Winners, and will announce the Winner on the @zerofasting Instagram Story shortly thereafter.

5. CONDITIONS

The Sponsor, Instagram, and their respective agents, directors, officers, shareholders, employees, and legal advisors (the “Released Entities”) are not responsible for and may not be held liable for any damages arising from participation in the Sweepstakes, any injuries, losses, or any other issues arising related to the Prize.

6. ARBITRATION AGREEMENT

Agreement to Arbitrate. You agree that any and all disputes or claims arising between you and Sponsor shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration.

7. WINNERS LIST

To obtain the first name, last initial, city and state of the Winner after the Sweepstakes End Date, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope marked “Heka Good Foods + Zero Sweepstakes Winners List” to the Sponsor.
