Chili + Zero Sweepstakes Official Rules

The Chili + Zero Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") begins at noon PT on January 10, 2020 (the "Sweepstakes Start Date") and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on January 11, 2020 (the "Sweepstakes End Date"). The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Big Sky Health, Inc. (the "Sponsor"). This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.

1. HOW TO ENTER

To enter, participants must complete all of the steps set forth below during the Sweepstakes Period:

Step 1: Log into your Instagram account via a web-enabled mobile device. Follow @zerofasting on Instagram.
Step 2: Locate the post related to the Sweepstakes (the "Post") on the @zerofasting Instagram feed and like the Post.
Step 3: Leave a comment on the Post tagging at least one of your Instagram friends that meets the eligibility criteria set forth in Section 3 below.

To enter the Sweepstakes online without completing the steps above, access a digital entry form by clicking the Online Entry Form and provide the requested information. You must submit the completed digital entry form within the Sweepstakes Period.

Participation in the Sweepstakes is voluntary and does not require any purchase. No illegible, incomplete, forged, or altered entries will be accepted. All entries must be received by the last day of the Sweepstakes Period. One entry per person.

2. PRIZE

There will be one (1) winner of the Sweepstakes who validly entered in accordance with these Official Rules (the "Winner"). The Winner will receive one ME chiliPAD Sleep System (the "Prize"). Total approximate retail value of the Prize is $499-$699.

3. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Entries are limited to individuals only; commercial enterprises and business entities are not eligible.

4. SELECTION OF WINNER

On or about January 12, 2020 (the "Selection Date"), the Sponsor will randomly select the Winner. The Winner will be selected from all eligible entries received by the Sweepstakes End Date.

5. CONDITIONS

The Sponsor and Released Entities are not responsible for any liability arising from or relating to: (i) late, lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, or incomplete entries; (ii) technical malfunctions; (iii) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor; or (vi) any printing or typographical errors.

6. ARBITRATION AGREEMENT

Agreement to Arbitrate: Any disputes or claims arising between you and Sponsor shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that you may assert individual claims in small claims court.
Prohibition of Class and Representative Actions: You and Sponsor agree that each of us may bring claims against the other on an individual basis and not as a class member.
Costs of Arbitration: Payment of all filing, administration, and arbitrator fees will be governed by AAA Rules.

7. WINNERS LIST

To obtain the first name, last initial, city and state of the Winner after the Sweepstakes End Date, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope marked "Chili + Zero Sweepstakes Winners List" to the Sponsor.
